As a general practice, we do not accept returns. Most roof racks we sell are semi-custom and hard to repurpose for vans other than the one it was designed for. However, if there are extenuating circumstances or issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out! We are happy to have a discussion with you to find a solution if possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated using the box dimensions and weight. It can range anywhere from $250-450 depending on the build you buy and where you are located.

We offer professional installation at our location in Millerstown, Pennsylvania! We highly recommend utilizing professional installation to avoid any issues during installation. If you aren’t local to Central Pennsylvania, you are welcome to make an adventure of it! You can camp in your van on the property, explore nature via nearby state parks or trails or take a bike ride to enjoy the views while we install your new roof rack!

You can, however, we recommend professional installation to avoid any problems or damage to the roof rack during installation.

For a bare factory roof, we just need the vehicle information. If anything has been added to the roof, then we need to understand the exact placement of everything added to ensure your roof rack is compatible.

Yes! We offer consulting as part of our services and can help you plan out everything you want to add to your roof. Then, we can take that plan and have your semi-custom roof rack built to match the plan we collaborated with you on!

How long is the process to receive a semi-custom roof rack?

From starting consultations and conversations to installation or shipping, the process is likely to take a few months. The process is lengthier than a pre-made base roof rack as we work together with you to ensure that you are able to add everything you want to your roof without your roof rack impeding any future goals.

What does the semi-custom roof rack process look like?

All semi-custom roof racks start with you requesting a quote and a conversation. From there, we consult with you for a rack build that will suit your needs. Once we have finalized the plan and are both happy with it and payment is made in full, manufacturing will begin. Then, sit back and wait 4-8 weeks while your roof rack is manufactured! When manufacturing is complete, we will inspect each piece before preparing for shipment or installation. Finally, the roof rack is either shipped to you for installation or you can come to us for professional installation.
